Before and After

Rear View:

The most dramatic exterior change is to the back of the house.

The addition to the house is 18′ deep across the whole length of the house.  The addition is one story but takes advantage of the full height of the building creating a vaulted great room and a master bedroom with a high sloped ceiling. Exterior stone was added to the great room exterior walls and both shaker and flat siding styles were used to create interest.

The original kitchen was a narrow galley type room.

After (almost)

The new kitchen is located in the space that was the living room. All new appliances, granite countertops and a snack bar are great but the real star is the view of the lake through the great room and music room windows.

New Master Suite

Two small bedrooms, a bathroom and a 14’x18′ addition have been converted into the new master suite.

Bedroom 2

The new master suite is comprised of a master bedroom with a french door to the deck facing the lake, “his and her” closets and a spa-like master bath complete with a steam shower.
